I’m Billy. I founded Shrewsbury Tech with a simple goal: to make technology less frustrating for everyone.

I have lived in Shrewsbury for years and have always had a passion for computers and gadgets. But I noticed a problem. Most tech shops just want to sell you a new device and get you out the door. They don’t take the time to explain how to actually use it.

That’s why I started my business. I started offering support, tuition, and setup services to people who need it. I believe you don’t need the most expensive gadget; you just need one that is set up correctly for you.

My Promise to You: I know that technology can be overwhelming. When you book a home visit or a setup with me, I promise:

No Jargon: I speak in plain English, not "tech-speak."

Patience: No question is too simple. We go at your pace.

Honesty: I will never sell you something you don't need.

What I Do: Whether I’m building a high-performance gaming PC for a teenager or simplifying a Samsung smartphone for a grandparent, I treat every device as if it were my own.

Outside of Tech: When I’m not fixing computers or teaching tutorials, you can find me upgrading my own PC and trying to rank up support in Overwatch 2.
