My standard rate for home tech support and tuition starts at £25 per hour. For specific jobs like the "KodexCall" phone setup or a Complete PC Setup, I offer fixed prices so you know exactly what you are paying upfront.
Q: Can you teach me how to use my tablet or laptop?
Absolutely. I offer private tuition sessions. Whether you want to learn how to video call your grandchildren, shop online safely, or organize your photos, I can sit with you and teach you step-by-step at your own pace.

Do I need to buy a specific phone from you?
No, I am a service provider, not a shop. You can buy any Smartphone you like (or I can recommend one), and I will perform my "KodexCall" setup on it. This turns a standard phone into a user-friendly device. My service includes the setup, a protective case, a screen protector, a stylus, and a printed guide.
Can I keep my old phone number?
Yes! As part of the setup service, I can help you transfer your existing number and contacts to your new phone. I handle the technical side so you don't have to worry about losing anyone's details.
What is "Easy Mode"?
"Easy Mode" is a specialized setting on Samsung phones that simplifies the home screen. It makes icons bigger, increases text size, and removes clutter. I configure this professionally to ensure the phone is frustration-free from day one.

Every individual part I use (processor, graphics card, etc.) comes with its own manufacturer's warranty (usually 2-3 years). I provide the labour and support to assemble it correctly and get it running perfectly.
Q: Do you repair laptops too?
Yes, I can help with common laptop issues like slow performance, virus removal, data recovery, and setting up new machines. I also can upgrade your laptop with upgraded memory and faster storage.
